Animal Surrender Policy
We Can Accept By Appointment And Approval Only:
Freshwater fish
Aquatic and semi-aquatic amphibians (frogs, salamanders, etc.)
Aquatic and semi-aquatic reptiles (turtles, certain lizards, etc.)
We Do Not Accept:
- Mammals
- Birds
- Snakes (non-aquatic)
- Insects or arachnids
- Farm animals
- Dogs, cats, or any other non-aquatic species
All accepted surrendered animals become the sole property of Elbows Deep Aquatics and Garden Center LLC, and we will determine placement of that animal at our discretion.
We may decline or require a fee if an animal is showing severe signs of illness or injury. We handle this on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to deny any animal for any reason.
